How a programme reaches a municipality

  1. A hill municipality in Nepal01

    The municipality sets the need

A rural municipality, municipality or government office tells us who should be trained and what they need to be able to do.

  2. Course materials being prepared at a table02

    We design the course

NIBM prepares the course content, syllabus and learning materials for that target group and agrees them with the office.

  3. A participant asking a question at a seminar03

    We bring the experts

Resource persons with practical experience in the subject are chosen and briefed on the group and its context.

  4. Participants in a training class04

    The programme is delivered

Training, a workshop or a seminar runs for the participants the municipality has selected, with materials they keep.

Programme areas

Six areas of training, workshops and seminars, each designed for the group that will take part. Choose one to see what it covers.
